RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Clients can return all eligible item(s) within 7 days of purchase. If the item is not damaged and unused while observing the requirements in (2) below.
- The Client shall avail the following requirements on return;

- A valid return reason as per Item 3 below
- Original packaging – the manufacturer’s packaging
- Any free promotional items – gifts or accessories delivered with the purchased item

Reasons valid for returns shall be;
- Wrong item delivered in which an exchange will be delivered and a top-up done by the Client in case of any need
- Wrong Size, in which an exchange will be issued
- Defective Item
- Damaged Item while in Transit
- Refund Policy
Refunds will be made within a maximum period of 5-7 days after Our team receives the returned product. If after inspection, the team ascertains that the product to be returned is free of the reason stated in your request, the refund shall not be successful and the product will be returned to you.
